Yes! Ashley is a fully licensed Creative Arts Therapist who is grateful to be able to provide space to creatively explore who you are.

You can expect to engage in a creative process, whether that be visualizing, drawing or pulling from Ashley’s Tarot deck.

Its not all art all the time! When exploring with Ashley she will hold space for reflection and processing life experiences, provide feedback, challenges and support through a Humanistic, Transpersonal and psychodynamic lens.

Most importantly Ashley strives to be a warm relationship based clinician.

Just being is an art!

No technical training or mastery of art needed. Incredible, powerful art can manifest with openness and willingness to come as you are.

To book a consultation you must be 18 years or older.

Anyone under the age of 17 is welcomed to participate in services with the consent of an adult. Individuals younger than 18 years old will have to have a parent/guardian speak on their behalf during the time of consultation.

Individual/Couples fee structure is sliding scale $100-$300

Group fee structure is sliding scale $10-$60

Agreed rate is based upon income to ensure equality and balance in offered space within under served communities and financially privileged communities.

Lower fee’s are first come first served with limited availability

I am in-network with Cigna through Headway.co.

I am able to provide out of network superbills for insurance reimbursement for all other insurances dependent on coverage.

Full payment is due via Venmo/Stripe at the time of session. If there is any need to cancel, please give 24-hour notice of cancellation of appointment.

For any appointment missed or cancelled without a 24-hour prior notification will still be due to provide payment.
